Pan Con Lechón*
EXCELLENT food and service. Everything ordered (appetizer, cocktail & sandwich) was flavorful and well-balanced. Reservations recommended but walk ins welcome.
Picadillo a La Cubana
There are many dishes to rave about but this dish has become my favorite at K'Bola and as such we frequent it often. The seasonings are in line with what I'm used to with how my mother-in-law, who is also Cuban, seasons and cooks this dish. I've tried many Cuban restaurants that have come n gone here in Williamsburg & other locations and no one has come close, which is why I believe they've lasted and made a name for themselves and for Latin food. Truly authentic Cuban food with a family friendly atmosphere and greeting and smiles each time you enter. If you haven't tried it, you need to!

For starters, we shared a plate of fried Yucca (Yuca Frita) - Lightly fried and crispy! also enjoyed a bowl of black beans (Frijol Negro), spiced just right. I had some scrumptious Tostones. For our main dishes, I savored the Cubano sandwich which is a fave of mine and knowing that K'Bola offers a chicken Cubano is a bonus for Aminta who doesn't eat red meat. We took the bread pudding home to enjoy later as we were pretty well satiated from our meals. Our server was super-friendly and attentive. We also imbibed some Dominican Republic beer for added "flavor ambiance". The new setting is a very comfortable one. Entering K'Bola is a step into a wonderful Cubano atmosphere. (It's located behind another of our favorite food haunts in Bilsburg, the Dog Street Cafe.) We look forward to our next visit!

The Lechon Asado is to dye for. So juicy and flavorful. I always seem to have a hard time picking between Lechon Asado and Ropa Vieja whenever I visit. Can't wait to go back for my Birthday next month! Try anything! your won't be disappointed! It's all Delish! :)

This meal was delicious! I had arroz congris and tostones with it. The meat was tender and flavorful! The sides were a great accompaniment! I would eat this again and again!
